Wash hands thoroughly with soap at every available opportunity. I know this is obvious, but I've generally become lenient the past few years as my hands (specifically finger tips) just become so dry so quickly. 2. Read at every opportunity I get, specifically if I can't sleep and it's after midnight. Very rarely is anything more important than reading. 3. Spend less time on the computer. Unless I am doing productive eBay sales, max should be two hours per day. 4. Measure the amount of time I watch tv, and reduce it. I have some vague idea that I'm probably at 15 hours a week, and that seems like a LOT. Under 10 is best I think, not including the occasional video. 5. Send army carepackages every two weeks, including at least one homenade-baked-goods-only package (as desired) once a month. 6. Gym at least three times a week. 7. Continue improving on the mantra "don't eat anything you don't want--ever." Also, adopt Melinda's life mantra: you have to stop caring about how your life choices look to other people - immediately - or you'll be miserable. trust me on that" 8. Investiage Oprah's ideas regarding short-term and long-term goals. See if I need to make some sort of dream board (e.g.) to get myself back on track, generally. I don't think I create enough concrete mini-steps, I just keep going with grandiose long-term visions. 9. Get my scrapbooking under control. I know I say this every year, but just this past week I realized that I took care of one "album" per week that's 52 in a year, which should readily take care of past years...although I may need to let go of the Camp Elite stuff at this point. 10. Send birthday cards and presents early to arrive on time.
